Sue Klefstad began the meeting by congratulating the new incoming officers: Carol Reed as new Junior Co-President and Devon Thomas as new Secretary. Sue will continue as Senior Co-president and Mary Peterson remains Treasurer.

Treasurer's Report

Mary Peterson gave the chapters ending balance (December 30. 2013) as 2738.62. Income in 2013 was $906. Expenses in 2013 were $177.15. She is waiting for final approval of the fiscal year from ASI national.

Last year's discussion of whether or not to loan ASI national money appears to be moot as there has been no further contact from ASI national on the issue.

Laura Ewald will take over editing the newsletter. Sue Klefstad will take over the website.

Attendees of the national ASI conference in Charleston are encouraged to contact Carol Reed about contributing to the newsletter with articles, photos, and/or interviews.

The Find an Indexer feature is up on the website. Thanks to Shelley Quattrocchi for her assistance.

Facebook chat--Carol is willing to start another Facebook chat, if members are interested. She is looking for ideas, themes, and icebreakers. Also, when would a good time be for members?

New Business

Fall meeting date--The meeting will be in Richmond, IN. Tentative dates are the first 3 weekends in October.
